Many musicians lend their talents to The Moonlight Band. New players join, guests sit in, & veterans are always welcome on stage to join us. We are fortunate to have so many who are willing to invest their time into making TMB what it is today... although we're not quite sure what that is. It will take all we get from playing [tips appreciated!] for the next 10 years to pay for the equipment we haul around. Why do our families put up with this? They like to party too.
The Moonlight Band - Features Tom Liney - vocals and guitar, Jill Prussack - vocals, Larry Mohl - vocals and guitar, Phil Friduss - vocals and sax, Sid Barrett - keyboard/bass, Kris Knochel - guitar, Scott Derryberry - bass, Keith Becker - alt. keyboard/harmonica, and Dale Hetzler - drums. TMB plays classic rock, R&B and blues.
The Review - The ultimate pick-up band typically features 3 or 4 from TMB plus other members of the musician community who may be available for the evening. TMR plays a wide variety of dance music depending upon instrumentation.
The Subpoenas - The "evil twin" of the Moonlight Band presents the lawyers, featuring John Ray on guitar along with Jill, Kris, Phil, Sid, Ed and Dale playing Southern Rock, country crossover, classic rock and whatever moves you. After hearing The Subpoenas, you'll know you've been served.
Note - Members of all three line-ups frequently sit in with the others to provide a full range of musical entertainment. Musicians lead hectic lives, so last minute changes may occur.
